1. Baking Products & Online Courses Sales of digital products (such as baking courses, eBooks, video classes, and downloadable content) are final and cannot be refunded. After a course or digital item has been bought, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Before you purchase the course, please make sure to review its content, structure, and requirements carefully.

2. Physical Products Returns for physical products (such as baking tools, ingredients, etc.) are accepted only under these specific conditions:
The item arrives damaged or defective.
The received item is not correct.
In order to qualify for a return:

It is necessary to inform us at hello@thevirtualoven.com within 3 days after delivery.
The item must not have been used, must be in its original packaging, and must be returned within a week of receipt.
3. Refund Process After we receive and examine the returned item, we will inform you of your refund’s status. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Unless the return results from our mistake, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

4. Exchanges If you require a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us, and we will assist you with the return process.

1. Refunds for Online Baking Classes & Courses All purchases made for online baking classes, downloadable content, and baking courses are non-refundable.
These digital products can be accessed right after buying them, and because of their nature, we do not provide refunds or cancellations.

Before you make a payment, please ensure that you have reviewed all details of the course, its requirements, and previews of its content.

β€’ Refunds for Physical Products

β€’Refunds are available exclusively for physical products that satisfy one of the following criteria:
The item was harmed in transit.
The product delivered was not the correct one.
To ask for a refund:
Get in touch with us at hello@thevirtualoven.com within 3 days after delivery.
Send us your order number along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
The item should not have been used and must be in its original packaging.
Once we receive and examine the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Unless the mistake was ours, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
