• Shipping Locations

At present, we ship our tangible products throughout India. Please reach out to us at hello@thevirtualoven.com before placing your order for international shipping.

• Processing Time

After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the following workday.

3. Delivery Time and Shipping Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days (inside India)
               Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days Please be aware that delivery timelines can                      differ depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges The cost of shipping is determined at checkout, taking into account your delivery location and the weight of your order.
Some products or promotional offers may include free shipping.
If express shipping is available, it may come with extra costs.

5. Tracking Your Order After your order has been shipped, you will get an email containing a tracking number and courier information, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit: Kindly inform us within 3 days of receiving (or expecting) the order.
If applicable, send photos of the damaged package to hello@thevirtualoven.com.
In line with our Return & Refund Policy, we will work with the courier company to either replace the item or provide a refund.
7. Delays Caused by Unforeseen Circumstances We cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or disruptions in courier services.
